This piece is really striking. It would look great in a minimal setting and is slim enough to embellish the slimmest of wall spaces. Here, Josephine has stitched handmade paper and laser jet printed butterflies, aqua and blue sequins onto black linen. The whole is sewn with metallic thread and stretched over wooden box frame. The handmade papers are delicate but the strong fibers used in the paper stop it from curling. The butterfly wings gently flutter in a breeze! This wall hanging measures 12” x 34”.
