  1. Thanks for this great post, what great advice!

  2. Jordan D says:

Great info. I definitely need to be more conscious of my calcium intake!

  3. Ttrockwood says:

I have osteopenia and have to take LOTS of calcium, this brand is one of the few that doesnt upset my stomach! Would be great to win some

  4. I would like to try Caltrate. Lots of options in how to take it!

  5. Good supplement for Women over 45 to consider. The calcium Vitamin D is the best. You are so great in the video.

  6. Kat Meller says:

I swore I commented on this before …. but

I know these are great supplements for everyone but especially for us “mature” women. I really wish I could remember to take them religiously. I know some of the tricks – mine are next to the coffee pot so you would think I would be taking them as soon as I make the coffee.

Sometimes I do and sometimes I don’t. Lets just say its a good thing I don’t have to take medications on a regular basis or I could be in real trouble.

I will try to do better once I get some “fresh” vitamins – especially Calcium and D.

  7. Calcium is so very important especially for older women. Helps guard again Osteoporosis.

  8. Thank you for reminding me. I got a free bottle of Caltrate recently and I keep forgetting about it. I am at the age where I should begin taking a calcium supplement and plan to start taking the Caltrate right away.

  9. Haralee says:

I was a sales rep for Wyeth the former owner of Caltrate. It really is a good product. Be sure to take one pill twice a day. Vitamin D has shown to be deficient in breast cancer patients.

  10. Bonnie says:

I have found that when I am on a vitamin regimen I feel better, get sick less, and have more stamina. And, because I had milk sensivity as a baby I never developed a taste for milk. All the more reason why calcium should also be a part of my daily dosage!

  11. Jonnie (JB) says:

I have never tried Caltrate but would love to.

  12. Brenda Clevenger says:

Great advice Audrey (my mom’s name, too). Great video. Love to see women active and taking care of themselves and sharing their stories!

  13. I always forget to take my calcium. Thanks for the reminder.
