I got this great cookbook for my husband for his birthday this month. It is called Latin Grill, Sultry and Simple Food by Rafael Palomino. It is a cookbook full of simple, fresh recipes. I’m a huge skeptic. I blame my marketing background where I’ve observed one too many mediocre products being spinned as life-changing in beautiful, glossy print ads and commercials. Riiiiiight.
