Cool Kitchen Gadget: the foodpod

15 December 2009 2 Comments

Ifoodpod fusionbrands love kitchen gadgets. Almost as much as I love shoes. And isn’t this foodpod by fusionbrands the most adorable thing? I love fusionbrands products: the sleek look, cool silicone, fun image… and they make kitchen gadgets (love the foodloop). But this latest arrival, the foodpod, a rubbery yellow sea urchin like contraption, is something that you never knew you really needed… It’s great for boiling, blanching steaming anything that needs draining. No more fishing around the pot trying to get out the eggs unbroken and your fingers intact… Here’s the video. Not because you don’t understand the concept, but just because it’s cool and I like the music.

Here is the list of retailers or you can find it on Amazon, bien sûr.

Wow! That is cool! I’ll have to get one. I hard boil 6 eggs every Monday for my week and always crack one or two when draining in a colander. Not to mention pouring hot water all over my sink and counter. This should solve these problems. I have several other fusionbrands products too and they are good quality and work well. Thanks for the tip!
