Instant Fit with the Instant Button

It’s the little things in life… Like having your denim jeans fit decently. Being of a definite curvy figure, I’ve always had a challenge finding pants that don’t gap hugely at the waist so that they can fit at the hips. It’s been a lifelong frustration that only seems to be amplified with age. Ugh.

I had heard about the Instant Button and finally gave it try when I grew tired of the uncomfortable, unflattering and bulky creases caused by belting my jeans.

I just got my order: a package of two silver Instant Buttons. My son’s reaction “You paid $15 for TWO buttons?!” was immediately squashed when I applied (in under 5 seconds flat) the button and got a perfectly fitting waistband on my jeans. Think about it, if you insert the button ¾ of an inch further than the original button, you get a 1 ½ inch taper. With one inch, you get two inches, etc… And I guess that it could go on the other side to “increase” the waistband, but I ain’t going there!

So, yes, when you look at the tiny little package that includes only 2 buttons for $15 (plus shipping), it may seem expensive. But a great fit, without the bulk and nuisance of a belt is the definite “priceless” cliché.
