The folks at 877MyJuicer.com approached us to offer one of their great manual wheatgrass juicers as a giveaway. They saw this as a perfect tie-in with our recent stories on raw food.

So, yes! This Manual Wheatgrass Juicer is our first ever giveaway item! All you need to do is to post a comment to this blog article and that qualifies as your entry. It’s that simple! You must leave your email address so I can contact you if you’re the lucky winner. The contest is open until January 23 at 11:59pm PST. A winner will be chosen at random. Your information is confidential and used for this giveaway only. Multiple entries will be deleted. Valid in US or Canada.

I had a quick exchange with Andrew, the founder of 877Myjuicer.com who explained how he got into the business:

“ I was feeling horrible, out of shape and generally unhealthy. I searched Google for “feel better” and came across wheatgrass. We have had a few dotcom companies in the past and they always follow passions of mine. We began selling juicers to help other people in their quest to feel better about themselves and lead a healthier lifestyle. It has grown into a successful business surrounded by our passions. Everyone who works here is involved in the ‘lifestyle’, so to speak. It’s really a blast around the office: from my passion for the internet and health to others talking about new healthy ideas they have implemented into their own lives”.

The website carries a wide array of cooking and healthy eating tools and devices. Fun! Plus they have a health blog full of great information. See it HERE. The interesting coincidence is that this is the EXACT juicer that my son got me for my birthday this past year. He did a lot of research to find out that this juicer was the best manual wheatgrass juicer. I can vouch that it is.

I’d love to be able to add wheat grass to my juices. I love the lovely green color of it when it’s juiced too.

I was just thinking of purchasing a juicer. My new years resolution was to eat healthy. So far so good-plus 5 lbs weightloss to boot. Love your site-just found it today. Keep up the good work!

what a wonderful prize! i always have wheatgrass at home because i feed it to my pet, but it would be nice to have a little bit of wheatgrass juice for myself as well!

In the past 2 years I have done a complete 180 with my health. This would be a fantastic addition to my new lifestyle. Plus, my cats love wheat grass so much I’d like to be able to enjoy it with them

I cannot tell you how much my hubby and I would love this juicer! We are starting 09 out by being very health conscious and this would be a great addition to our household and to our health!
