		<description>Ummmm, herbs and spices. I&#039;m quite addicted. Discovered Sumac while in Turkey last year. Fabulous on salads. And, no table salt. Jamais! But I love flavored and exotic rock salts. They change everything.</description>

		<description>Don&#039;t forget the fresh herbs and spices, too. I love the way it can change the flavor of the very same raw foods. 

Just change up the herbs and spices, and forget the table salt, which is a killer.

Also, most folks don&#039;t drink enough water. The whole thing is to keep your body alkaline. I like juicing, too.</description>

		<description>I didn&#039;t know that going raw would eliminate your cravings for carbs. I thought it would just make you crave for carbs even more. But I guess for meat eaters like me, you can&#039;t convert to vegan immediately, I think. Maybe if over a couple of months I slowly eliminate one food type after another, I &lt;b&gt;might&lt;/b&gt; be able to go raw. For a week. Haha.</description>
