Reusable Shopping Bag Giveaway, Part 1 of 3: Flip&Tumble

20 February 2009 35 Comments

WE HAVE A WINNER! CONGRATULATIONS Danielle J.!

The winner was selected at random using the Random Integer Generator.

The giveaway contest is now closed but do take a look at the Reusable Bag Giveaway

Part 2 for for fantastik its-laS-tik bag giveaways. Thank you all for playing!

The absolutely lovely folks at Flip & Tumble have offered a set of two of their 24/7 bags for us to give away. They also sent me one to keep. Let me tell you how much I loooooooove this bag. Just like their video shows, the bag scrunches up for storage in mere seconds. So, now I have shopping bag to keep in my purse at all times. It’s nearly weightless but carries up to 25 lbs. Really handy for unscheduled shopping errands when I don’t have my bulkier “grocery shopping for a family of 4” bags on hand. So far, my Flip&Tumble bag has carried takeout lunches, drugstore and bakery errands. So convenient, well designed and sinfully colorful and adorable.

Do I get special consideration for being first to enter?

I’m doing a contest on my blog too. Please check it out: http://tinyurl.com/cq5lmm

      Thanks!

    2. Tanya Curtis on 20 February 2009 at 12:02 pm

Fantastic! I could totally use a bunch of these. Love that they get so compact!

    3. Anne on 20 February 2009 at 12:27 pm

This sounds wonderful! Maybe seeing it in my purse would remind me I have my own bag when I’m out. I tend to put one over my shoulder and forget it’s there when I check out and leave with a bag I did not need.

    4. audrey on 20 February 2009 at 1:20 pm

I so need a bag that I can keep in my purse. I hate it when I make an impulse buy and don’t have a bag to put it in. This bag would solve that problem.

    5. ikkinlala on 20 February 2009 at 2:03 pm

These look great. It would be nice to have something more portable than my usual canvas bags.

    6. Janet F on 20 February 2009 at 2:06 pm

I like that I can put the 24/7 bag in my purse and take it with me. I just love it!

      Thank you!

    10. Snady Hall on 20 February 2009 at 4:44 pm

Love the sound and look of these bags!
I have a few that are supposed to fold up and be out of sight but they never work like they say they are going to and certainly are not as strong as we need them to be – this looks like it would solve both problems!

By the way – just stumbled upon your site – LOVE IT !!!

      Thanks!

      Sandy

      thanks!

    14. Limor on 20 February 2009 at 9:39 pm

This bag is so cool. I would love to win it.

    15. Tammy on 21 February 2009 at 6:54 am

This would work out WAY better than what I have been doing…making my own not so compact canvas shopping bags. These little gems have what it takes to be a pocket book super star! Luck to all.

What a great idea! I bought about 6 bags from various stores to carry my grocercies in but their all bulky and wind up in the back seat of my car. Then when I do go to the store too often I forget them. With the flip and tumble bags you can throw those in a purse so that their always handy. Looks like this one is a winner ! Please count me in for the contest. Thank you.

    17. Selene Montgomery on 21 February 2009 at 3:12 pm

I’d love to have a bag small enough to carry in my purse. Great idea!

    18. Ann Marie on 21 February 2009 at 5:16 pm

Oh! I would love one of these. Please enter me :) Thanks!

    19. 3boyzmom (tangie) on 21 February 2009 at 6:46 pm

How convenient! I do a lot of my shopping last minute, after work, and this would make my shopping bag more accessible and easy to keep with me. I’m a teacher too, and this bag could even come in handy at work!!

    20. Diane on 21 February 2009 at 6:47 pm

These are lovely! I love the bright colors and the huge roomy size! Like you said, I think I would keep mine in my purse!

    21. melissa settembrino on 21 February 2009 at 7:29 pm

    22. Celeste W. on 21 February 2009 at 8:20 pm

    23. mary (megardengal) on 21 February 2009 at 8:36 pm

I have never seen a bag that folds up so small like this- I have 4 bags out in my car but do you think I remember to bring them in! Maybe if I had this one in my purse all the time I wouldn’t be a plastic bag lady still! I really am trying- just gotta have a little patience with this air head please!

      blessings
      mary

    24. ann h. on 22 February 2009 at 12:39 am

great looking bags… i typically just reuse the plastic bags that i have on hand, but these bags look so much more practical and durable!

    25. Sally Sundeen on 22 February 2009 at 9:07 am

Thanks for the great giveaway….those bags look great, and I like that they are so lightweight! Fashionable as welL!

    26. Danielle Ellis on 22 February 2009 at 12:14 pm

I love these bags. I love that they can be folded up so compactly.

    27. Betty on 22 February 2009 at 1:46 pm

Bag sounds much better designed than what I’m trying to use. I so dislike the ones with unsecured cardboardish floor that gives them shape. It always falls out and I never remember to follow thru on my intent to glue them in.

    28. Cynthia on 22 February 2009 at 1:48 pm

I need one! Desperately! Great idea.

    29. Lisanne on 22 February 2009 at 8:44 pm

I would love one of these for my purse. They look great. Thanks!

    30. Natalie on 22 February 2009 at 10:40 pm
